I have had experience with bother services, and found the Comcast TV packages to be the absolute worst. For HD viewers, they don’t supply an HMDI cable and will not even hook up your HD TV when installing your cable.

Direct TV was great and even supplied the parts for make it work (quite a concept).

Unless a magical 3rd entity comes along, I don’t foresee ever changing from Direct TV at any point in the future.

I have had many problems with comcast and there services. #1 Not sending me a bill for 3 months and expecting me to pay for those 3 months or my cable will be shut off. My wife and I had purchase the NFL network from comcast because they had a 1 year promotion offer goin on. At the end of that year comcast did not contact us to see if we wanted to continue with the NFL network. So when I got my cable bill I was a little bit pissed off that my cable bill was well over $100. That was the final straw so that day a canceled comcast cable and went to Direct TV. I will never have comcast cable in my house again.

Comcast Stinks. The customer service is horrible. The triple play package leaves you in debt. They dupe you with their \’additional fees and surcharges.\’ The internet is slow as hell and their East Coast partial-monopoly (time warner bums) makes me sick! I HATE COMCAST! If you want to Save Money, get More HD Channels, a better Sports Package for those Sunday Beef & Beers and enjoy your television programming experience… Support my business and order Direct TV here…
