Achillea millefolium has beautiful flattish clusters of small blooms that are rather like daisies. Achillea are available with flower heads in a selection of colors ranging from various shades of yellows, whites and pinks. Yarrow are thought by most gardeners to be considerably easy garden perennials to grow. They are so simple to propagate because they are rather invasive plants which can be seen growing on the poorest of ground. If you want to witness success with Yarrow you only need to avoid cultivating in extremely wet or poorly drained soil. The plants are fantastic at withstanding drought conditions. Achillea ptarmica and Achillea millefolium are two of the most often chosen varieties but there are many others available.
